Drop Ship Information

Drop shipping is a service that we provide for our customers. When we drop ship an order we ship your customer's order directly to them for you. This saves you the time and expense of receiving the product from us and reshipping it. We will print the shipping label with your company information in the return address section, making it look like the shipment came directly from you. We do not put any of our company information anywhere in or on the box.  Make sure you put your customers address information in the shipping area.

We do not have minimum purchase requirements.  There is no minimum purchase amount on all orders. You will not be charged extra if you buy one item vs. many items. We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida which is 7%.

We offer drop-shipping for on-line orders only (no telephone drop ship orders allowed) and we do not ship outside of the USA.

You must provide a working email address so we may communicate with you to provide you with the latest information such as, discontinued products, new products arriving, ongoing sales that may increase YOUR profits. All drop ship orders must have a telephone number to contact in case of a delivery problem.

Packing Slip

All shipments will be made with a packing slip that has your name listed at the top. The address shown will be the billing address transmitted with the order. A standard 10 day return policy is listed under your name and address with instructions to send all returns within 10 days to that address.

The packing slip contains no pricing information and simply lists the items shipped and the quantities shipped. An email invoice will be sent to you for each package shipped detailing the exact shipment details, costs and tracking number.

Package Tracking

All packages have delivery confirmation services included. Please note that delivery confirmation from the US Postal Service is NOT a reliable tracking service and often only indicates when actual delivery is made. 

Returns

All returns from your customer must be returned first to you. We do not accept returns directly from your customer.  Product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days after shipment date.  Merchandise must be in unused condition only.

Ordering Instructions

The shopping and payment procedures are the same for orders that are dropped shipped as retail orders, with one major difference. Once you complete your shopping (click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button), you will be directed to the payment processing page (payment through PayPal). If you have a PayPal account, simply log in. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be asked to enter your payment information, which includes the "billing address" for your payment preference. Once the billing information has been entered, click on the "Review Order and Continue" button". On the next page, click on the "change" link in the  shipping address section. When the new form pops up, enter your customer's name and shipping address. This is where the products will be shipped to. After the drop ship address has been entered, click on the payment button to complete your transaction.

If you desire to ship our products to separate addresses (different customers), you MUST place a separate order for each drop ship address.
