Retail Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. A request for a refund must be sent to  info@roaddivaproducts.com within 10 days of the receipt of the item. No refunds or exchanges will be excepted for any reason after 10 days of the receipt of the item. The returned item must be shipped, with a postmark, within 5 days of the refund acknowledgement from Road Diva Products. Items that are returned that are NOT damaged will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns are shipped at your expanse we do not accept COD packages.
